Dylan Cassar’s perseverance in winning the tour proofed him right triumphing with a convincing 8-5 victory over his city compatriot Jesmond Schembri in the final. Schembri opened with a two frame lead but Cassar managed to control his nerves and recovered well to turn the score to his advantage. The game was close but Cassar managed to edge his opponent in potting decisive long balls and clearances.<\/div>\n

Thanks to this victory Cassar has now moved up in the ranking points list joining Kevin Mercieca at the helm of the table.<\/div>\n
