Schembri had a magnificent start leading 4-0 but Catania did not surrender lightly. At the end of the first session Schembri led 5-2 and widened the gap to 7-2 needing only one frame to win the title. Catania&#8217;s thoughts were different and with great confidence went on to win four consecutive frames narrowing the gap to 6-7.
