Singles Championships

CISK NATIONAL SINGLES CHAMPIONSHIPS 2026

The Cisk Lager national singles championships will take place in St. George’s Band Club, Qormi, between the 7th January and 11th March 2026.  The championships will include the top forty eight players chosen from different categories as follows:

• Mens – Winners of the four Euro Ranking Tournaments and the top 31 ranked players at the end of the Ranking Tournaments No. 4
• Under 18’s – Winners of the four Euro Ranking Tournaments
• Under 23’s – Winners of the three Euro Ranking Tournaments
• Over 50’s – Winners of the four Euro Ranking Tournaments and the top 2 ranked players at the end of the Ranking Tournaments No. 5

All players will be split in eight groups by six players each.  The group winners will make it through the last 16 stages while the second and third placed players in each group play in a playoff with the eight winners joining the last 16 stages.

The winner of the championships pockets a price of Euro 1000 and wins a place in the national team that will be representing Malta in the World Championships 2026. The runner up takes home Euro 500.
