Gary Carr left his mark in his first year of participation in the helms of the World Rules. In the final of the db Euro Ranking Tournament No. 4 he outclassed Lydan Debono with a convincing 8-1 victory. Carr was in an brilliant form and his potting skills devastated Debono’s chances to recover.

Over 50’s Category
Joseph Psaila claimed victory of the Over 50’s fourth ranking tournament of the season. In the final Psaila overwhelmed John Lombardo with a 8-5 victory. Both players had their chances to grab more frames but Psaila was more consistent and went on to add another title to his CV.
Under 23’s Category
Alessio Magro grabbed his first every ranking tournament beating Liam Mifsud 8-4 in the final of the fourth ranking tournament of the category. Magro was in good shape and form and left few instances to Mifsud to recover the score.
Under 18’s Category
Nicolo Agius Muscat registered his third triumph in a row this time having the better of Nick Muscat in the final of the fourth ranking tournament of the season..In a close encounter Agius Muscat was solid in his potting and went on to beat nine year old Muscat 7-5. Both players produced a good performance and their future looks very bright.
